    Return Window

    For all items, returns for a refund are available within 15 days of purchase if the items are in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached. Returns made up to 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.

    Holiday Exception

    Items purchased on or after Black Friday and accompanied by a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 8th. These items must meet the standard criteria of being unworn, undamaged, and tagged.

    Final Sale Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

    Discounted items, sale items, jewelry, accessories, beanies, bras, swimsuits, and other specially marked items are not eligible for return or refund.

    Damages and Repairs

    • Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you discover a defect or damage upon arrival, you must report it within 3 days. Worn or washed items cannot be returned due to defects.
    • Manufacturer Defects or Damage Within 30 Days: If any product exhibits a manufacturing defect or breaks under normal wear within 30 days of purchase, bring it in for an assessment. We will attempt to repair it. If the item cannot be repaired and was reported within 15 days, a refund will be issued; otherwise, store credit up to 30 days applies, provided items are unworn and undamaged with original tags.
    • Repair Policy: We offer free repairs within the first 15 days of purchase for eligible items with a receipt. For repairs requested after this period, a fee may be charged. Repairs involving specialty stones or rhinestones are limited to 10 per item and are subject to availability. Please consult our staff for further details or repair estimates.

    In-Store Returns for Online Orders

    You may bring online orders to our store for store credit, adhering to the online return policy guidelines. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt, and ensure items meet our Condition of Items standards.

    How to Return by Mail

    To return an item by mail, contact us at help@glitzandears.com or call us at (586) 286-3006 to request a return shipping label. Once your return is received, we will issue store credit.

    Return Shipping Label Costs

    We provide customers with one return shipping label. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Alternatively, you may choose your own shipping method at your expense.

    Condition of Items

    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, such as makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, will not be accepted.
