Returns & Refunds: For clothing items, refunds are available within 15 days of purchase if the items are in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition with all tags attached. After this period, returns made up to 30 days from the purchase date are eligible for store credit only.
Jewelry purchases, including earrings, are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds. However, if a jewelry item breaks due to normal wear and tear within 30 days, we will attempt to repair it. If the item cannot be repaired, it may be exchanged one time only for another item of equal value, with the original receipt.
Defective & Broken Items: Items with manufacturing defects, such as stitching flaws or faulty zippers, may be brought in for repair within 30 days of purchase. If deemed unrepairable, the standard refund within 15 days or store credit up to 30 days policy applies, provided the item remains unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags. Items that break due to normal wear and tear within this period can also be repaired or, if repair is not feasible, exchanged for an item of equal value with the original receipt.
Holiday Exception: Items purchased on or after Black Friday and accompanied by a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 8th. These items must meet the standard criteria of being unworn, undamaged, and tagged.
Repairs: We offer free repairs within the first 15 days of purchase for eligible items with a receipt. For repairs requested after this period, a fee may be charged. Repairs involving specialty stones or rhinestones are limited to 10 per item and are subject to availability. For further details or estimates, please consult our staff.
ONLINE RETURN POLICY
We aim to make returning your items simple and hassle-free.
Return Window:
Returns for store credit are available within 14 days of receiving your item. Holiday purchases made between Black Friday and Christmas can be returned until January 8th.
In-Store Returns for Online Orders:
You may bring online orders to our store for store credit, following the online return policy. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt, and ensure items meet our return conditions (unworn, unwashed, original condition with tags). In-store purchases are subject to our in-store exchange policy.
How to Return by Mail:
To return an item by mail, contact us at help@glitzandears.com to request a return shipping label. Once your return is received, we will issue store credit.
Shipping Label Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We offer a discounted Easy Return Label, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit. Alternatively, you may choose your own shipping method at your expense.
Items Not Eligible for Return:
Final sale items, including those discounted over 20%, accessories, beanies, bras, swimsuits, sale items, and other specially marked items, are not eligible for return.
Condition of Items:
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, such as makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, will not be accepted.
Defective Merchandise:
Inspect your items upon receipt. Defects must be reported within 3 days. Worn or washed items cannot be returned due to defects.
