Order Processing

Orders placed before 4 PM EST Monday through Friday and before 2 PM EST Saturday will be processed and shipped the same day.

Orders placed after these times or on Sundays will be processed the next business day.

Michigan: 1-2 days

Eastern United States: 2-3 days

Western United States: 3-5 days

Canada & Mexico: 7-14 days

Hawaii & Alaska: 7-14 days

International: 7-21 days

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the selected carrier. We also offer free same-day in-store pickup for customers in Michigan.

Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include tracking and delivery confirmation.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. Glitz & Ears is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

Out-of-Stock Items

In the rare event of inventory issues, we will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a refund.

Holiday Orders

Orders placed between Black Friday and Christmas can be exchanged up to 14 days after Christmas.
