For all items not marked as final sale, returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
In their original condition
Unworn and undamaged
With all original tags attached
Accompanied by a valid receipt
Items purchased on or after Black Friday and accompanied by a gift receipt are eligible for exchange or store credit until January 8th. These items must meet the standard criteria of being unworn, undamaged, and tagged.
Discounted items, sale items, jewelry, accessories, beanies, bras, swimsuits, and other specially marked items are not eligible for return or refund.
Damaged Upon Arrival: Inspect your items immediately upon receipt. If you discover a defect or damage upon arrival, you must report it within 2 days. Worn or washed items cannot be returned due to defects. Returns will be issued as store credit or exchanged for another item only.
Repair Policy: We offer free repairs within the first 14 days of purchase for eligible items with a receipt. For repairs requested after this period, a fee may be charged. Repairs involving specialty stones or rhinestones are limited to 10 per item and are subject to availability. Please consult our staff for further details or repair estimates.
You may bring online orders to our store for store credit, adhering to the online return policy guidelines. Please bring your order confirmation or receipt, and ensure items meet our Condition of Items standards.
To return an item by mail, contact us at help@glitzandears.com or call us at (586) 286-3006 to request a return shipping label. Once your return is received, we will issue store credit.
We provide customers with one return shipping label. Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an incorrect item was shipped. Alternatively, you may choose your own shipping method at your expense.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear, such as makeup, deodorant, or pet hair, will not be accepted.
