What's it like to work at Glitz & Ears?

Working at Glitz & Ears is a fun an energetic experience that will give you great exposure to the retail and small business world.  At Glitz & Ears, we are very employee oriented and are believers in leadership and team-work. Working at Glitz & Ears is fun, but also can be strenuous at times.  Because we are a small business that is family owned & operated, we give staff a lot of responsibilities that vary from large outfitted retail stores.  All of the “behind the scenes” tasks such as purchasing, inventory management, merchandising & restocking are only some of the great things you will learn as a Sales Associate at Glitz & Ears.  We don’t just put you on a register, we shape you into a well-rounded individual.

So, what are we looking for?

Sales Associate's  |  Full-Time & Part-Time

We are always looking to hire full-time and part-time employees.  We do like you to have some retail experience and an eye for fashion.

Some of the daily duties that you will become knowledgeable and skillful at may include: Customer service, sales, upselling, product knowledge, daily tasks such as store cleanliness, off-site events & shows, traveling, marketing, management, purchasing, inventory, stocking & re-stocking, cashier responsibilities and many more obtainable skills.
